TIP: AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! Unless you like rude service and getting the wrong items that you didn't ordered?? Cashier Brenda (70097) failed on many attempts to get my very simple order correct.
Ordered sweet ice tea no ice, she gave me unsweetened ice tea.
When I brought it to her attention, she wanted to argue with me that it was sweet.
I know the difference between sweet and unsweetened ice tea.
🤨 Ordered 2 piece all white spicy chicken, when I looked in the box, it was all dark meat...old and dried out chicken as a matter of fact.
Thank God I checked before I left the drive-thru window.
When I asked for my receipt, she was hesitant to do so?? I don't know what the problem was in filling my order but clearly Brenda was having a difficult time doing so...maybe she needs additional training?? 🤔 This was my first time at this location and it will be my last.
RUN!!! 🏃‍♂️ ***UPDATE*** The food was awful all around.
It was overcooked, burnt and tasted like old, stale chicken.
Threw it out for fear of getting food poisoning 🤮 What a waste of money!! Definitely will NOT visit this location again!!!

The food here is decent compared to other Popeyes.
The service is okay but they were a little rushy and slightly rude at the window and there were no other people in line.
But it's about what you'd expect from a fast food chain...

This is the most ridiculous of how this personal understands the sense of urgency it was bad the time that i had to wait at the window for my order like they don’t care about speed of service, i work in fast food and i know they all work with a timer, but at this restaurant they don’t care how long it will take for me to be there i will never go back, it is stupid and ridiculous not a good place to go if you are in a hurry for sure.
You need to get better management that care if you want to have customers.
