I stumbled upon Poke-Mi in the East Town Plaza and was pleasantly surprised! 🌟 Expecting just poke, I decided to try their Pad Thai based on a friend's recommendation.

The counter clerk was super friendly and helped me choose the perfect spice level. The dish arrived looking fresh, with crisp sprouts and crunchy peanuts, all perfectly sauced! The flavor was spot on - definitely one of the best Pad Thai I've tried in Madison!

I'll be back to explore more of their menu, especially after hearing raves about the sushi fries! 🍣🥡
