Pig 'N Pancake is a delightful find in Portland! The atmosphere is cosy and casual, reminiscent of classic diners. I indulged in the Hawaiian pancakes combo, and wow - they were perfectly fluffy with just the right citrus kick from the pineapple! 🍍 The thick-cut bacon and over-medium eggs rounded off my breakfast beautifully.
The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our coffee cups were never empty. While the Kielbasa Plate was tasty, the veggies could have used a bit more cooking. Overall, it’s a charming spot for a hearty breakfast or brunch! Can’t wait to go back… 🥞❤️
