Pho Ve Dem Restaurant is a hidden gem for late-night cravings! 🌙✨ I visited with my family just before midnight, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious pho. The beef ball, striped beef, and pickled onion in the broth were truly tasty. Two small bowls and one large were just $38 - very affordable for Houston!

The owner warmly welcomed us, and while the service was friendly, it felt a bit rushed with the casual atmosphere. I did notice it was quite warm inside, which made slurping soup a bit uncomfortable.

Overall, a cozy spot for a late-night pho fix! I'll definitely return... 🍜
