Pho Le Nguyen has quickly become my go-to for authentic Vietnamese cuisine! 🍜 I typically order the V1 pho, and it's always a cozy, warming delight. The fried shrimp tempura is incredibly light and crispy - definitely a highlight! The restaurant is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, making it a pleasant spot to dine.

While there was a hiccup with my spouse’s noodles, the fresh basil and crunchy bean sprouts really elevated my bowl. Just a heads-up that service could be more attentive. Overall, it’s a solid choice for delicious pho in Portland! 🌟
