Phở Express #1 is a delightful gem tucked away in Colorado Springs! I recently dined there and was impressed by the **seafood pho** - so rich and filled with shrimp, clams, and squid, though I noticed a slight variance in protein from my first visit. 🍤

The **fried egg rolls** were crispy and delicious; however, I'd prefer a different lettuce than iceberg. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was exceptionally fast, even during peak lunch hours! The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming.

I also loved the variety of fruit drinks and boba teas they offer at great prices. I can see myself becoming a regular here! 🌟
