Las Palmitas Mexican Restaurant #2 is a cozy find in Colorado Springs! 🌮 My first visit featured the fajitas enchiladas plate and two ground beef tacos served with beans and rice. Everything was fresh and flavorful!

The homemade tortilla chips paired with the green salsa were definitely a highlight - just fantastic. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with friendly service that made us feel like family.

I’m excited to return and explore more of their menu, especially with $1.50 tacos on Tuesdays! 🌶️🍹 Can't wait for my next meal!
