affordable! the atmosphere is cheerful & relaxing.
the lady who took our order was quite pleasant & very helpful.
she handed us a paper menu with pictures as I was having trouble picturing the salad.
the booth was comfortable & spacious.
I had the soup of the day tomato basil & fresh fruit.
both were good.
you order the food at the counter & it's delivered to the table.
the entire experience was pleasant & at the moment there are fresh carnations on the table & valentine's day decor.
there's a patio for our nicer days.
I'll try something different next time & maybe it will be more to my taste

More of this chain need to exist! This will definitely be my go-to place when I am working around the Colorado Springs area.
There were so many options, it was hard to choose! They do chicken salad and soup which is a super great combo.
Their tortilla soup was absolutely awesome and I got the fruit chix salad with pineapples and it was 🤌👌 - Will def be back!

I absolutely love the chicken salad at the Chicken Salad Chick.
They have some classic as well as unique chicken salads that have definitely been on point.
It’s always clean and the restaurant is super cute. It is pricey, however, I do try to go here about once a month. Luckily, I’ve ordered the majority of my Chicken Salad Chick orders online.
I’ve done this, because it didn’t seem like the service.
was that great the first couple of times I went in. Today, I spontaneously stopped in and wanted to redeem a free drink with my meal.
However, I had to pull up the app which I had not installed, as I usually just order online.
I decided not to redeem it as it would take some time to install it. While waiting for my meal, another customer tried to redeem something from their rewards system, but could not because she was not able to get online. In my experience, most rewards systems are connected with the phone number, and it’s as easy as just letting someone know your phone number to redeem the rewards.
With this in mind, I highly recommend only ordering online or through Chicken Salad Chick’s App as I didn’t earn points or redeem my reward ordering at the counter. Plus, the service felt worse today.
It always feels like any questions I ask are bothersome, and today was no different, but I guess more annoying because I could not redeem my rewards. I feel there is a lot of improvement regarding customer service here and I will continue to order online instead of ordering from the counter. Also, the sandwich shop next door has excellent customer service, and I have started switching up my sandwich options, especially if I am spontaneously picking up a sandwich, rather than planning it ahead of time. However, I’ll still be coming back to the Chicken Salad Chick because the chicken salad is yum.
If they continue to work on their customer service and make their rewards system more loyal customer friendly, I may go back to the counter.
Otherwise, I’m glad they offer online ordering, as I don’t feel I would come back if they didn’t.
