October 05, 2024Pho Duy is a hidden gem for Vietnamese cuisine in Fort Collins! 🍜 I ordered the special-beef rice noodle soup, and it was a delightful bowl filled with tender rare steak and brisket. The egg and shrimp rolls were crisp and flavorful. The best part? The mountain of fresh veggies that came with the soup!
Service was impressively quick, and the casual atmosphere made it perfect for a cozy lunch. I also loved their great selection of teas!
I’ll definitely be returning for another delicious meal! 😋
