Pho Duy is a hidden gem for Vietnamese cuisine in Fort Collins! š I ordered the special-beef rice noodle soup, and it was a delightful bowl filled with tender rare steak and brisket. The egg and shrimp rolls were crisp and flavorful. The best part? The mountain of fresh veggies that came with the soup!
