Almansita’s is a hidden gem nestled in Raintree Village Shopping Center! 🌮 I tried the carne asada plate and it was a flavor explosion; the homemade tortillas and fresh salsa were the cherry on top!

The breakfast burrito, filled with perfectly seasoned potatoes, bacon, and gooey cheese, has me coming back for more. The soft, stretchy tortilla is a game changer! I even splashed on their spicy red sauce for an additional kick.

It’s definitely worth the drive from Longmont - or even Westminster! Don’t sleep on this place! 🌟
