Maya Cove in Fort Collins is a hidden gem! 🌊 I visited for dinner and was thrilled by their delicious Jalisco Shrimp tacos - so flavorful!

The atmosphere was casual yet vibrant, with live music setting the perfect backdrop.

I appreciated the fast service; my soda was constantly topped off! A minor drawback was the restroom location, which felt a bit like a storage room.

All in all, I can't wait to come back for more fried okra and to enjoy the lovely outdoor seating with my dog! 🐾🍽️
