Mt. Everest Cafe is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Nepalese cuisine! I recently enjoyed their buffet, and the samosas were simply divine - crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor. The curries were savory and well-spiced, without being too intense for my timid palate.

The seating area has a cozy ambiance, perfect for a relaxed meal. I noticed the staff was friendly but occasionally seemed overwhelmed, as our water glasses went empty for a bit.

Overall, this place deserves more attention in Fort Collins! Just be patient and enjoy the delicious food... 😊
