Me shipmate and I shared the sampler platter, ate a lot, and still had enough for the next day's lunch. Everything was delicious! The ribs were tender and flavorful with plenty of meat, the sausage had excellent flavor, the pulled pork was exceptionally perfect, as was the chicken.
The brisket was tender and tasty.
The sides of coleslaw, mac and cheese, and cornbread were great, too.
We should have got more hush puppies, though.
They are 👍👍 Situated across from a Family Dollar, Phat Daddy's is worth the effort to find.
Casual atmosphere with plenty of napkins and paper towels for cleaning up your hands after you tile down on amazing BBQ.

Unfortunately , my ribs were so tough, I gave up.
I tried several ribs but they were sadly all the same.
Maybe a wrong batch, but it was too difficult to even cut it with a knife and It's supposed to fall off the bone..
I was so looking forward to it.
Oh well.
Maybe this helps to get it corrected ?

Stopped in for a late lunch and was not disappointed! Service was prompt and gave us a great rundown of the menu along with recommendations.
I ordered the brisket sandwich and all I can say is wow! So delicious and full of flavor! I also got the mac and cheese which was really good as well.
If you're a BBQ enthusiast, you really need to stop here.
