Watershed Alley

We love coming to Watershed for the fresh, local, creative food, atmosphere, and staff! Recently we were married and knew we had to enjoy catering from the best spot in town! Our wedding brunch was delicious, beautiful, fresh and convenient!! Watershed delivered to our venue in perfect packaging.

The atmosphere was very deceiving of the food and service.
The hostess took a long time to figure out in the computer as to where she was going to seat us.
After we got sat the waitress also took a long time to simply take our drink order.
(Over 5 minutes) we placed our drink order and our food order at the same time.
The bartender left the bar and brought us our drinks which is odd bc they were non alcoholic.
Our food came more then 24 minutes after ordering.
The waitress never checked back to see how the food was or if we needed anything such as a refill.
I saw the manager doing table touches and never checked on our table.
The waitress finally came and cleared our plates and gave us dessert menus but never came back to see if we wanted any.
We had to flag down the manager and ask for the check which was 12 minutes after our plates were cleared and dessert menus dropped.
We dined in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was not that busy for service to be a train wreck. As for the food, it was ok and not worth was price.
We had the burger and the seared tuna salad.
We asked the buger to be cooked med well and if was way over cooked.
The tuna salad was too small for the price.
I understand food cost of a restaurant and I get tuna is expensive but the salad could of had more lettuce. I regret having gone their for my meal.

We went by today (Sunday Brunch) to decide if we wanted to have dinner here for our anniversary.
Everything was excellent.
We had the "daily" waffle and Lisa's Spanish Fritatta tart.
Food was very tasty.
Service was impeccable.
Just the right amount of attention.
We ended up making reservations for our dinner before we left.
