I recently visited Penn Station East Coast Subs on Bardstown Rd, and while it's a casual spot ideal for a quick bite, my experience was a mixed bag. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with extra meat and a side of fries. The sandwich had solid flavor, especially with the grilled onions and peppers, but the fries were a bit underwhelming - soggy instead of crispy.

Service was quick, but I was slightly disappointed that they were out of multigrain bread. If you're in the area and craving a classic sub, it's worth a try! Just maybe opt for takeout instead... 🍽️
