I hadn’t been to a Pei Wei in several years.
I’ve been missing out - the food is so good! The lettuce wraps are so good.
You have to try them with that sauce they come with.
And add a little pepper sauce, too.
Amazing.
The Thai coconut curry chicken was so good.
The service was great at this location.
The facility itself is definitely dated, but seems well taken care of.
Would be happy to go back.

I decided to give Pei Wei another chance thinking perhaps if I try another dish; but the food was terrible unfortunately.
The soup was really salty.
The chicken seemed steamed with zero seasoning, the crispy noodles were soggy, and removing those even the salad itself was lacking. The shift lead DID however swiftly refunded me with no hassle. I've just not found the food to be appealing at all; will not return.
