This might be the best pizza in Austin.Nothing fancy, just an amazing NY style pizza.Thin, crispy but still fluffy, perfect amount of sauce/cheese ratio.There’s even a bar where you can grab a drink while you wait for your pizza and they’ll bring it to you.If you want a great pizza, you MUST check them out!
First time eating at Pedroso’s and we ordered the NY Style Meatlovers.The pizza crust was thin and crunchy.It was a delicious and one of my favorite pizza in Austin hands down.We will definitely come back to try the different flavors and different pizza styles.Totally worth it! :)
I’ve driven by this place a few times and wondered about it so I decided to give it a try today.We just got single slices and they were def satisfactory.New York style, large and thin.I would give them a solid 7.5/10.The crust was a little too crispy not enough chewy to be perfect but it still hit all the right flavor spots.It’s just a food truck next to a bar so the ambience isn’t anything to write home about but there are dedicated picnic tables with umbrellas to sit and eat.I will be back to try more pies.
