OneTaco Taquería at Anderson Lane shines in Austin’s Northwood Plaza with its casual atmosphere and speedy service. This Mexican spot is famed for generous portions and offers a tempting array of tacos including Al Pastor and Barbacoa, both praised for their flavors. While some menu items, like the migas, received mixed reviews, the vibrant salsa adds a delightful touch. famously visited by Guy Fieri. We were eager to try out their food and see if it lived up to the hype. The customer service at One Taco was excellent, and the staff was in full hustle mode. However, our experience with the food was a mixed bag.The migas lacked flavor and had soggy tortilla chips on the inside. On the other hand, the Al Pastor and Barbacoa tacos were solid and delivered on taste. We also grabbed a quick street taco for good measure, and it turned out to be a better choice than the migas.Overall, we give One Taco a rating of 6.5 out of 10.It's a decent spot, but you have to make the right picks based on your taste buds. If you're in the area, we suggest giving One Taco a try, but don't forget to choose wisely!
This a review about my recent to-go experience.Ordered two breakfast tacos (Bacon/eggs & Migas), both were well served (hefty tacos!) and delicious! I tried their green avocado salsa and my gosh, best salsa I’ve had in a long time! Service was fast, the only thing is the atmosphere, place could use something to “spicy it up” ;) I haven’t tried anything else but definitely will be back for more.

Hi Grisel, Thank you for your visit.
I was very disappointed by this restaurant! I got a strong recommendation for it.There was loud music playing, which made it hard to talk. When I ordered, I asked about the drink by the lemonade labeled "jamaica", and was told it was "jamaica." Not useful.I ordered it though. Our meals came, but no jamaica. We checked the ticket, it wasn't added. Now to the taco disappointment. My pollo asado had the driest chicken I've ever been served. The cheese on top was melted on top, stringy on bottom, and hard. This taco was disgusting. Was it made with leftover meat? Did it sit under a heat lamp? It doesn't matter. I'm not going back.
