I stopped by for a quick late lunch and enjoyed the trendy atmosphere. The Red Canyon Roll was a delightful surprise - salmon and crawfish baked over a tempura shrimp roll delivered a unique flavor combination! 🍣
The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The beer and wine selection added to the relaxed vibe. While the service was a bit slow, the fresh sushi made up for it. I’ll definitely be returning during my stay! 🍻✨
