Waited at the drive-through for over 25 minutes during the slow time of the day without anyone coming to the window to only realize that when I got home they gave me the wrong order.
What I ordered vs what I got! Update - new owner working in remediating the situation!

Literally, I've been customizing my burger for a while.
The first time I ever asked for Xtra anything they give me little to none at all.
I Literally asked for extra onions and this is what I got.
Now, I don't know the price of onions out here but I mean, brother can you spare a dime.
Thr franchise owners should be there, be more involved with their establishment.
They never drop in on their investment.
These people are rude sometimes, don't speak the main language in America which is English but wants to try and CHECK me.
I don't think so.
Get it together Mickie D's ⌚ who you franchise to because we just automatically think it's the maker and the makers of the WHOLE CORPORATION.
Burgers never look like the pictures.
Plain dull lifeless little burger beat up and you have the nerve not to dress it up? Smh at these corporations, but also us who still patronize your establishments.

Always a wonderful day when we get to see Rachael working the window with a beautiful smile! Food was great and our frappes were delicious! She understood the assignment when I requested extra caramel!!
