I ordered online last minute for Valentines Day dinner and they had it ready in 30 mins! Everything was so fresh and delicious! The customer service is way better than the south academy location! Thank you for being amazing!

I walked in excited to try a $5 Friday thin crust pizza. I wasn't acknowledged even though they weren't busy, so I just looked around and observed for a moment and looked over and saw a younger employee (maybe in training?) with his hands in his apron, or pants? I couldn't tell and didn't care to examine the situation any further. This happened at about 3:25pm on 3/1/24 you can pull the cameras and PLEASE talk to your employees regarding the impression this gives -when are hands are not out front and working and instead hidden for whatever reason behind an apron or in their pants...
that it's hard to distinguish -please talk to them about perspective, the importance of handwashing especially after something like that and overall hygienic expectations. I left and will never return. Bummer because I haven't eaten there in forever and was really excited to.

I'm no expert, but I'm fairly certain that this isn't what a pizza is supposed to look like.
Very thick pile of ingredients in the middle that I had to spread out by hand after adding additional sauce to the large area which didn't have any. Edit: I don't know if this will add any personal accountability, but my "host" was Katie.
