I recently ordered from Papa John's on N Tryon St and was a bit disappointed. The pizza had the potential to be great, especially the honey chipotle BBQ flavor I was excited about, but it arrived cold and with uneven toppings.

The pepperoni pizza I tried also missed the mark - thick pepperoni slices and undercooked dough. While the girl at the counter was super helpful and processed a refund quickly, it’s frustrating when cravings for comfort food don’t hit the spot.

I appreciate the casual atmosphere and that it’s dog-friendly outside, but I might stick to dining in at different spots next time... 🍕
