Ordered delivery on the Panera app at 8:48 am, ETA of my order was 9:18-9:28a.
At 9:48a I still had not received my order so I called them.
They stated that my order was ready and just had not been picked up by their delivery driver.
I asked how much longer to which they didn't have an answer.
I asked if my food had been sitting there since 9:18 getting cold and they said yes.
I asked for them to remake my order so it's fresh and I would just pick up-- and they agreed.
When I got there my "iced" coffee was completely melted, and the bag had been ripped open.
They just took the sandwich out of the bag, microwaved it, and put it back.

Even though this is a drive thru only Panera, it does not disappoint.
We would love to dine in but not too sure why their dining room isn’t open.
Never had any issues here and the food is always spot on.
We often stop by for their charged lemonades and are always greeted by friendly employees.

This location that needs to open their dining room back up already.
I’m tired of it being drive-through only.
It takes too long, and they often get your order wrong.
It’s ridiculous that you can repeat how you want your coffee three times, and they’ll still get it wrong.
And then you feel like you either need to be guilty to ask them to remake it, or just drink something that you didn’t want but paid for it.
Re-open your dining room so the people who just want to grab a quick coffee can make it themselves and don’t need to wait 15 minutes in the drive-through lane to get the wrong order.
