This location never disappoints.Their customer service is top tier! Their Italian sandwich speaks volume.I had my order done wronged twice, spoke with managers and they were very helpful and understanding.They refunded me + offer to make it right! I applaud their customer service.Ms.Andrea was really lovely and helpful! She deserves a raise!!!!
Service was good.Our cashier did have to ask the prep staff about chicken so I think they were running out.I haven't been to panera in a while but it used to be my go to for salads and soups.The food didn't disappoint but my wallet was in shock.When did the prices get so high?! We used to spend under $20 for two.Now it's $20 each.I need to learn to make this at home.
I had a terrible experience with ordering through the Panera app today with the delivery which was provided by Door Dash through the Panera app.The driver said he delivered the food to our office but never did and then wouldn’t answer any calls.I was unable to get ahold of anyone through the app so I called the Panera and spoke with Andrea and she was very kind and very helpful, she was able to get in touch and reorder our food for delivery even though it wasn’t Panera’s fault it was the drivers fault.Thank you Andrea for getting our lunch to us regardless! We appreciated it at our office.
