My first experience with Panera started off on the wrong foot.
I had done an online order and when I got to the drive through I ended up waiting 10 minutes to get my food as the person in front of me was having issues. I got my food and rushed back to work only to find I had been given the wrong order.
It was completely different from my original order.
I emailed the company but then thought "You know what it was probably just a simple mix up, I'll call the location." THEY WERE AMAZING!!! 👏 👏 👏 Within 15 minutes they had remade my order and I was back to work and so happy and pleased with the experience. The manager was super sweet and definitely made my day. So all in all, thank you Panera! The food was marvelous! 😋

Best broccoli cheddar soup I've ever had! I'm so glad I came here.
The service was friendly and I regret never trying this before! The bathrooms were also very clean and I can always respect that.

I have to say this particular location was a huge disappointment.
I ordered the new cheese steak sandwich and it was not good at all.
My honest review.
It was a hard ciabatta bun with microwaved meat in a congealed sweat and soft pepper concoction.
I was extremely disappointed.
