Tucked away in Old Boise, Ansots Basque Chorizos is a hidden gem! 🌟 The cozy vibe makes for a perfect dining experience. I had the Txistorra Bocadillo with a soft, chewy roll that was absolutely delightful - definitely the star of the dish! The patatas bravas were a highlight too, packed with flavor.

While the chorizo sampler was decent, I expected a bit more. Service was quick and friendly, plus the owner surprised us with a wine tasting! 🍷 If you're in Boise, don’t miss this spot for lunch or brunch! I’ll be back for sure!
