Blue Sky Bagels is an absolute gem in Boise! 🌟 I recently stopped by for breakfast and indulged in a toasted sunflower bagel topped with jalapeño cream cheese, fresh tomato, and sprouts. It was a deliciously spicy combo!

The atmosphere is bright and inviting, and the staff are so friendly, making the experience even better. The bagels are beautifully chewy, and there’s an impressive variety of options to choose from.

Although it gets busy, the quick service makes it perfect for a quick bite. I can’t wait to return for more sandwiches and those amazing cookies! 🍪
