The Basque Market is a gem in Old Boise! ✨ I visited on a Friday and was lucky enough to try their freshly made seafood paella, and let me tell you - it exceeded my expectations! The balance of flavors with shrimp, mussels, and chorizo brought me right back to my time in Spain.
The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly, offering great wine pairings with our meal. Just a heads up, the seating is quite limited, so arriving early is definitely a good plan. Can't wait to return! 🍷🌊
