I stopped by Panda Express on W Valencia Rd craving some comfort food, but my experience was hit or miss. 🥡

While the staff was friendly, my order was lacking. I opted for the 3-plate combo but ended up with 50% cabbage in my Chow Mein and a tiny portion of teriyaki chicken. The highlight was the Cheese Rangoons, which were surprisingly delightful!
