Waited about 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, I work in fast food and it shouldn’t have taken that long especially since they don’t have a drive-thru.
There’s two Girls in the front of a cashier just chit chatting with each other instead of helping out their coworker to make food, yeah I understand if they were probably assigned to cashier but maybe hire more cooks or have better management because y'all clearly don’t take in consideration to peoples times.
They also called out orders who were behind me.
I understand if I had a big order but come on, they probably ordered more than me and they got their stuff first but its whatever now

I pop in here when I'm shopping but the last time I was sitting in there was terrible, roaches running around? Like seriously? I don't think I'm gonna be getting food there anymore at all

Today at 9:12pm 8/6/19 ,I Was getting this kind of soda Tropic Berry and a piece of mold came from the and got in my soda so I gave it to the manager at 9:12 in the turn of night.
and she didn't say anything she made the faces of the very disgusting person and throwed away and gave a different cup.
She didn't even check the machine and say "sorry" so didn't receive any type of justification or apologies.
How she wants costumers coming back to her McDonalds.
This was so disappointing...
😡🤬 my 12 years old doesn't wanna come back again .
