I placed an online order at 7:30 PM to be picked up at 8:15 PM.
I reached there at 8:22 PM and it was not ready. The person at the online order pickup cited the reason that they are serving the line that formed in the lobby. I understand you need to serve the people dining in, but then what's the point of having an online order scheduling if you have to wait 30 minutes past your promised pick up time.
I finally got the food at 8:45 PM. Ok, doesn't end here, when they handed me the food I found only one box and I had ordered 2 big plates.
I told them and they gave another box. No apologies, No feeling sorry from the staff for the delay or for messing up my order.
If I hadn't checked and came back home I would have never got the other plate. Next, I came home and found both the plates had fried rice and I ordered one chowmein.
Needless to say, the entrées were messed up as well. So, this is the quality of service you can expect at this location if you place an online order.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I have never had so many people look at me and not try to help me..
by the time I finally get somebody to help me (the only person working instead of trying to finish side work) in an empty restaurant has the worst attitude...
We have someone go through the drive-through that orders everything that I’ve been waiting patiently 10 minutes for.
Then told by her oh we just ran out.
If the other girl not doing anything in the back would’ve just helped me while she was doing nothing I could’ve just been on my way instead I had to deal with all of this on my lunch break and then go to another place.
Will never return!

I stood waiting to order while employees were chilling.
Waited about 2 minutes as they looked at me and ignored me.
Finally this person standing there acknowledged me existence.
I love the super greens but today they were subpar and cold.
Along with the orange chicken.
The Kung Pao chicken was hot.
Over all disappointed in service and food today. Cabbage was old and wilted.
I had to remove some that was beyond my acceptance.
