Their food became much, much better, equal to Panda Express in Mira Mesa.
We usually order orange chicken, beef broccoli with rice and noodles.
Everything is so quick, and the line is short.
The food is not too sweet, too salty or sour as in the other locations (UTC Westfield food court Panda Express is terrible).

It's kind of silly really how they place food into plates.
You'd figure a double order would be placed in the plate and the different item in the separate container.
Please don't do this again it makes no sense.
I only come here because it's the only known location that makes eggplant tofu

We had amazing service from Efran.
He was wonderful in helping us get a promotion and was very enthusiastic to help us.
He has definitely made the del Mar highlands Panda Express experience much better and he deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer service.
