Food tastes good.
However, the atmosphere and staff need improvement. 1.
Order line barely moves 2.
Staff making to go orders keep walking over to grab ingredients from the front 3.
To-go pitas explode and leak 4.
Staff unsure of ingredients in their food and stare at cheat cheat cards 5.
Bathroom is out of toilet paper and hand paper 7.
Straws out of stock It’s a mess over there

I am a HUGE Cava fan, I am always looking for one where I travel - the energy in this specific one is like no other and I say this not positively.
There was not a long line, however my bowls were being rushed down the line with extremely small portions.
The first employee on the line seemed like a new hire and, as he should, was asking his manager questions.
The manager’s attitude & responses were hostile and created a horrible experience for the employee and us, the customers.
The quality of the food means nothing to me if the atmosphere isn’t welcoming and fun.
Will definitely not be returning to this location and I hope the new employee finds another job where he’s appreciated!
