This used to be one of my favorite places.
We had to wait on 4 different items.
And when the last item was done, they were out of something else.
After waiting, I asked for a refund for one item, which I paid in cash, and they gave this story about they don't refund they try to fix the problem.
After getting my food ready, I brought it home, and it wasn't done correctly.
The sweet fire had some other sauce and was very spicy then usual.
They rushed to do the noodles, and they were uncooked and dry.
They tried to offer more food, but the wait was just too long.
This isn't the 1st time I've had to do a refund.
Unless my son wants something, I won't be ordering from there anymore.

Skip this place and go somewhere else.
No management in sight, workers take their sweet time, no food to order because they didn’t ask for more ahead of time.
All in all find another panda like five minutes away or go to chipotle down the street.
This place is not worth the stress.

Placed an online order and it took over 30 minutes to complete it.
I literally ordered 4 plates and having to wait 35 minutes for my food is unacceptable.
I asked them why it took so long and they said they had to make more food.
They had all the food made when I placed my order and I know this because I walked in and saw it but they were making plates for people that were in-line and ran out before they were able to make mine.
How can they beat out of everything and then have to wait for the cooks to make more? They weren’t even busy but they had no food? I will never come back to this site.
Highly disappointed.
