I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and food quality at your establishment.
Despite clear communication with your customer service team, our order was processed incorrectly, leading to an experience that was far from satisfactory.
Your establishment’s lack of competence is deeply concerning and has a damaging impact on your reputation.
We paid good money for a meal that was not only undercooked but also served lukewarm.
The inclusion of stale avocados in our meal led me to seriously question your food quality standards. Moreover, the food was bland and lackluster, and the wait was unreasonably long.
To add insult to injury, an item was missing from our order.
Despite these glaring problems, we were still charged.
This audacious act is utterly unacceptable! `Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of your establishment was subpar.
The carpets were visibly dirty and emitted an unpleasant odor, indicating a lack of responsibility on the part of your staff.
This further added to our dissatisfaction with the experience. Ensuring consistent quality control is crucial in the food industry, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty.
From properly cooked meals to fresh ingredients, attention to detail and rigorous quality checks can make a significant difference in the overall dining experience.
I would like you to take immediate action to fix these issues.

I have been going to Bento for almost 3 years now and possibly won't come back! Never been treated so rudely by Alexander an employee from the restaurant working the front of the restaurant.
Didn't bother acknowledging Us to just say, ill be with you in a moment after I finish helping a customer.
We waited while he kept his back to Us.
I asked my Son should we speak and ask when He is going to acknowledge Us.
Alexander disrespectful rude way replied when He is done with the other customer.
We waited for all of the orders slowly trickle out for the other customer.
The customer sitting closest to the counter whispered to Me is he ever going to take your order? She was witnessing his ridiculous behavior asked if Alexander was having a bad day or something? Not only did he ignore Us but then started speaking rudely to Us.
Eventually after 10 minutes said He refuses to wait on Us and said we had tobwait for Manager to assist Us and lied saying the manager was in the bathroom.
The manager had left the restaurant on break.
After 15 minutes the cook from the back came and took our order which is not cheap.
What should've been a dine in experience ended being a to go. Beyond embarrassed and disappointed to be treated in such a manner as well not only a patron of the restaurant but I have fed the whole staff before during a Thanksgiving holiday. Alexander is not a good representation of Bento.

Wife wanted to try this establishment, when we arrived, there were literally 3 people there.
Bad sign at dinner time.
The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Made a selection, waited about 15 minutes which was fine.
When the good arrived, you could easily tell that something was laced with garlic.
The Orange chicken was great.
Sadly the rice was heavy with garlic.
Great if you are into garlic.
I'm not.
Being pressed for time, we ate and dealt with it.
The other oddity was the green and red peppers in the rice were huge chunks, like simply cut in half and tossed in.
The veggies were all slightly warmer than room temperature.
Given the time, I would have inquired about new rice without all the garlic.
First time I have ever run into fried rice drowning in garlic.
Will make a second attempt in the future.
If garlic is your thing, great.
