Panca Peruvian Restaurant is a hidden gem on Nolensville Pike! 🥳 I tried the Chupe soup with fish, and it was absolutely comforting - flavorful and filling without being overly spicy. The sweet plantains are a must-get!
While the ambiance can get a bit noisy with competing TVs, the service is attentive and professional. I was pleased with the variety of options, from vegetarian dishes to hearty meat plates.
