Pablo's Restaurante & Cantina is a cozy spot in the Colonnade that truly shines during lunch and dinner! 🌮 The cheese dip is a must-try - definitely some of the best I’ve ever had. Their avocado salad is usually fresh and vibrant, though I hope my next visit gets the presentation right. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for groups or solo dining.
