Over $4 spent on this “avocado toast…” I think the picture explains itself.
Service is always fast but that doesn’t mean you should sacrifice quality for speed.
Do better. Edit: after attempting to eat it tasted worse than it looks.
Avocado was not ripe and bread was somehow soggy and stale at the same time?? Can’t believe this was looked at and sent out this way …

Are bagels supposed to be cut this way? You would think that people would care how they send food out the door.
I suggest checking all pickup orders (that you place for yourself) before leaving the store.

I pick up from this Panera a decent amount because my girlfriend likes it.
I've probably had it 15 times in the last year, and not ONCE have they gotten my order right.
N ot a single time.
I conplain about it every time she asks me to get it.
Wrong items on sandwiches all the time.
Totally different sandwiches than what we order.
Items left out.
There were a couple of times where they completely missed my order after ordering online and I had to sit there in the store while they made it.
Today I got a bread bowl that had a tiny sliver cut out of the top, not enough to pour soup in.
The service sucks pretty much consistently since I've been going here.
The staff seem to be mostly teens/young adults who don't care about whether your food is right.
Food is mid at best even for Panera and they're often out of a lot of things.
What they do have doesn't seem extremely fresh most of the time.
Skip this place, there are lots of better options out there.
