A flavour-filled experience.
We are a party with majority vegetarians - and we weren’t left with limited choices.
It would be great to have a main course as well! The dishes are all a feast for the eyes and tastebuds.
The beet carpaccio was hands down the favourite - even amongst the non-vegetarians.
The price point is high, but you will not be disappointed by the food. Room for improvement: The service is good but it is rushed.
We go in knowing that there is a 2 hour table turning period, but we were reminded more than once by our wait staff during our time there.
This makes it’s quite unpleasant to dine - I kept checking my watch often to make sure I leave before the 2 hours.

During our trip to Spain, we found this Georgian bistro that blew our mind.
We never had Georgian food before, but trying vegetarian Khinkali and Khachapuri was a thrilling experience! 😍 Khinkali are these amazing stuffed dumplings and you're supposed to eat them with your hands to savor every drop of the delicious juice inside.
🍴❌ And the Khachapuri? Just heavenly.

The Georgian restaurant in Madrid is an absolute gem! The specialties from Georgia are not only incredibly tasty, but have also been given a modern twist without losing the Georgian soul.
It's no wonder this restaurant is Michelin rated. The location is perfect and gives the whole experience a special atmosphere.
The staff is extremely warm and professional, making the visit a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
If you are looking for a place to enjoy really good food then you should definitely visit this restaurant. Not to be forgotten is the excellent wine that accompanies the dishes perfectly.
A visit to this restaurant is a culinary experience not to be missed.
