A flavour-filled experience. We are a party with majority vegetarians - and we weren’t left with limited choices. It would be great to have a main course as well! The dishes are all a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. The beet carpaccio was hands down the favourite - even amongst the non-vegetarians.The price point is high, but you will not be disappointed by the food. Room for improvement: The service is good but it is rushed. We go in knowing that there is a 2 hour table turning period, but we were reminded more than once by our wait staff during our time there. This makes it’s quite unpleasant to dine - I kept checking my watch often to make sure I leave before the 2 hours.

During our trip to Spain, we found this Georgian bistro that blew our mind.We never had Georgian food before, but trying vegetarian Khinkali and Khachapuri was a thrilling experience! 😍 Khinkali are these amazing stuffed dumplings and you're supposed to eat them with your hands to savor every drop of the delicious juice inside.🍴❌ And the Khachapuri? Just heavenly.🧀

The Georgian restaurant in Madrid is an absolute gem! The specialties from Georgia are not only incredibly tasty, but have also been given a modern twist without losing the Georgian soul. It's no wonder this restaurant is Michelin rated. The location is perfect and gives the whole experience a special atmosphere. The staff is extremely warm and professional, making the visit a thoroughly enjoyable experience. If you are looking for a place to enjoy really good food then you should definitely visit this restaurant. Not to be forgotten is the excellent wine that accompanies the dishes perfectly.A visit to this restaurant is a culinary experience not to be missed.
