Cassie is by far the worst manager there is.
Walk in and told there’s a 15 minute wait.
Totally fine. She then tells the employee that he shouldn’t have even taken my order.
I then ask if I was supposed to wait to have my order taken.
She snapped at me twice.
Next I watched her be completely nasty to people who came in after me. Telling them “I can’t take the order because the screens are out of control with all the orders” I’ve been in a few times and she is always nasty.
I don’t know why, If she can’t handle her job then she should quit or be fired.
This location lacks customer service and kindness to the fullest.
Let’s not mention when they mess up orders we the patrons are to blame definitely not these employees.
Mind you, we aren’t taking orders or pressing screens.
She also scratches her head and goes back to making peoples food ABSOLUTELY Disgusting.

So very fast.
Efficient.
Courteous. This is a vacation HIGHLIGHT in Colorado Springs.
Menu is extensive and pricing amazingly low.
Count me in next visit! Try the pasta fresca with shrimp and spicy korean.
To die for! A must stop and enjoy when in the city!

They had soda machine that offers 100+ flavors.
We ordered Pad Thai that was good, but the Japanese Pan noodles with steak was salty, I drank lots of water after.
Besides of that, everything was fine.
