Nibbana Thai Restaurant is a delightful find in Bellevue! 🍜 The Kow Soy is a must-try - filled with rich, authentic flavors and perfectly paired with crispy noodles. My wife enjoyed the Cashew Nut Chicken, which was equally delicious.
