Had dinner on Sunday night, full house with people waiting probably means a 5-star.
However the main dishes (beef combination rice noodle, crispy pork with vege) we ordered were quite sweet and salty, different to what we expect in authentic Thai cuisine.
Prices are reasonable, most items are $15-$20, large portion.
It seems this is probably the only Asian restaurant within a 2 mile radius.

Great flavor and portion size.
The dishes looked exactly like the pictures (I mention this because in other restaurants many times they don’t).
The dishes looked really tasty in pictures and indeed they were! The attention was really nice as well.
We would definitely come back!

For the prices and quantity of food, this restaurant can't be beat.
Unassuming at first, all the dishes are around $15 and taste incredible.
Only a few blocks from Pier 39, this is my new favorite place to eat in the area. Service is fast, the restaurant is clean, and their fried bananas and ice cream is a fantastic way to end the day. I really liked the duck fried rice, but their Guay Tiaw Lord Noodle is perfect for a seafood lover.
