Sorry to say but avoid this place.
It was filthy inside and the service is so slow.
It took almost 45 min to get my order.
I was looking forward to the bourbon chicken but it was oily and tasted funny so in the trash it went.
Dumplings were pasty and flavorless and the wonton soup had a layer of oil on it and no flavor.
LIKE NO FLAVOR, BROTH TASTED LIKE TAP WATER.
What a shame as it's one of the only Chinese places near my job.

I had a chance to stop by this area in a few years from the last visit. It was about the dinner time soon, and I remembered this chinese restaurant which had a good food. There were still many customers in the restaurant, but there was nobody in the kitchen I remember... Service was OK, the lady was kind even though she was crazy busy... Food was different.
It was not the one of kind delicious chinese food anymore.
It was just OK level common taste. So sad, and I realized there was a word "new" in front of Kingwok. I used to love so much their tostone better than any other Latin food restaurants in the area. Good bye my one of the best chinese restaurant in my memory...

Good food but terrible service over the phone!!!! WHY DID I MAKE A MISTAKE IF I DIDNT RECIEVE MY 9 COMPLETE ORDERS even when i spend 90$ they refuse to fix the order they MESSED UP.
STOP PUTTING SMALL ORDERS IN LARGE CONTAINERS AND BLAME THE CUSTOMER SAYING THE FOOD IS THERE! You ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE AND CLOSING LIDS WITHOUT PUTTING THE FULL ORDER ! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I CALL OFTEN AND THEY ARENT EVEN CONSIDERATE ABOUT THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMERS! TERRIBLE !!!
