For an airport restaurant, Loft is not a bad spot.Yes, some items could be better, but I doubt there's a full kitchen in any one of these restaurants.The food here is average, but not subpar, the coffee does the trick.There's one selling point for making your visit while you wait for your flight: the atmosphere is by far the best vibe in any other restaurant in this entire terminal.Plenty of seating, plenty of outlets, a cool bar to sit at, noise is limited, easy to order and pay for your food by way of QR code.Yes, at times you will wait a while for your food, so be sure you have plenty of time at the terminal while you wait.
I see the other negative reviews but I was surprised by my own experience while dining here.I ordered the pull pork and it was better than I thought it would be.All Terminal 5 restaurants require ordering through your phone which requires creating an account which is pretty annoying.Aside from that, there was plenty of space for me to eat, take out my lap top and get work done as well.Don't expect a 5-star restaurant experience.The Loft gets the job done while you wait for your flight to board.Strong 3 stars!
Ordered a coffee with half and half. Out of half and half. OK.Ordered bacon and eggs."We are out of bacon, but we have bacon sausage." OK. They bring out raw, uncooked sausage.They put it on the skillet just long enough to lightly brown the outside. This place is going to get someone very very sick. Avoid.
