Totally in love with this restaurant! We came here to try a new Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant for us.We love trying different vegetarian restaurants in the South Bay.We ordered summer rolls, banana flower salad, bun hue chay, and bun cha ca chay.Everything was so good! Our favorite was the banana flower salad, so flavorful and full of texture with the crunchiness of the noodles and vegetables.My husband commented he loved the dressing of the salad.Portions were generous.There is a good amount of non-meat protein sources such as mock meat, seitan, or tofu that kept us full after eating.There is only one bathroom so I wish there was more bathrooms.Service was prompt and pleasant.It’s crowded here with people eating when we went so that’s a good sign.
Some of the dishes were interesting, but taste wise they are not on par as some other vegetarian restaurants in the area.
Popcorn chicken was good.Small bites with a side sauce. Quang Nam's style noodle soup.Big flat egg noodles with tons of different things.I liked it. Crispy chow mein with veggies.This was yummy. Stir fried string beans with beef was also very good.
