The food was amazing! All the vegetable sides were fresh and tasty.
The fried chicken was insane.
Crispy moist and not oily.

Awesome family several generations family owned restaurant.

Food is set with everything you want in a home style Southern meal.
They have the best fried chicken! Arrive early and hungry ready for an awesome meal! Cash only...we got there almost 1 hour before opening to get close to the front of the line and made the first seating.
Well worth it.
Parking around the block on the street, just use the Park Savannah app.

If you’re in Savannah, this is THE place to go for lunch! Some of the most amazing fried chicken I’ve ever had, along with great mac and cheese, collard greens, sweet potatoes, black eyed peas, iced tea, corn bread, biscuits, and more! Pro tip: arrive as early as possible.
The line can get very long and you may not be in the first seating.
It’s very worth it, however, and make sure to come with an empty stomach.
The $30 price tag is very reasonable, and the interior is very cozy and welcoming.
Definitely recommended!!
