Monse's Pupuseria is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs that feels like a warm hug! ❤️ The family-run atmosphere wraps around you as soon as you step inside. We tried the chicken and cheese pupusa alongside spicy carnitas - pure deliciousness!

The portions are generous; you might want to share. The yucca fries and plátanos fritos were perfect sidekicks. The live music added a delightful vibe to our evening, even if the line was a bit long.
