Mimi's Cafe is a wonderful spot for a cozy brunch! The rustic ambiance instantly makes you feel at home, perfect for family gatherings. I indulged in the Santa Fe Omelette, which was bursting with flavor, thanks to the zesty chipotle sauce. The tortilla strips gave it a delightful crunch!
Our server, Hope, provided exceptional service and even recommended the Chocolate Chip muffin, which was a real treat. 🍰 Don't miss their mimosas either - they're simply refreshing.
