I want to start off with we are usually a couple that orders a lot of different items off the menu & tip well, we decided to come here because ale house usually never lets us down..
we got our chicken wings bloody, informed the waitress (she was great, no complaints, Bea was the best) and she took them back, my steak was rare when I requested medium well (basically well done) & the waitress put it in as well for that and it was rare, sent that back.
2nd batch of chicken wings came back & they were still bloody! We ended up not getting the food & we’re highly disappointed as we drove 45 minutes to eat there.
as we requested the manager, Courtney, she was extremely rude & ended up turning her back on us and walked away because she stated “she didn’t see the blood”.
Here is an attached photo for the blood, all she could do is offer $8 discount for the entire hassle with a barely half apology.
Absolutely terrible.
The waitress was the only positive thing of this entire experience & we go to ale house regularly, but this location was the first and last!

I had lunch at Miller’s Ale House today.
I ate pot stickers and chicken quesadillas.
They were both great! Also my waitress Bianca gave excellent customer service.

I took my wife here for our 24 anniversary and I ordered a 24.99 steak.
I always order them medium.
We'll this steak came out past well done.
Now I cut it in 2 different places to see if it was just one part of it was well done.
Nope!!! When the server came over he freaked out.
Now he fixed it and took it off my bill.
I have to say he offered all kinds of ways to fix the issue but I didn't want to wait for another steak or take one home with me.
So the best thing in my situation was to just take it off my bill.
I really still paid for it because I tiped him almost 30.00 on a then 22.00 bill.
That's my wife's food and our sweet teas and the house salad I had.
My wife loved her food and every other time we've been there it's always been wonderful.
So I highly recommend you try it, but I don't know if I would try ordering a steak unless you want it well done.
