Waffle House as a brand, known for quick service and no nonsense.
What you’ll find at the location is truly an exceptional level of cleanliness.
Interior wise it feels newer than most, with fine counters and booth seating. The staff at my visit both kind and efficient.
I had a coffee poured within moments of sitting and in less than 10 minutes I was enjoying my well made breakfast. This Waffle House is a return visit for certain and I would urge others who are have vehicle maintenance performed, this is right next to many dealerships, to consider here a great place to grab a bite and relax.

After placing order, which was all requested at same time, one plate of food brought to my husband, but had to wait several minutes for a waffle.
Now I'm not a cook, but it shouldn't take over 5 minutes for a simple waffle.
Also, no one wants to start eating part of their meal, then eat the rest later, by itself.
This is poor level of service, as to having all food prepared at same time!!! Both of our bacon orders sat on cooking counter and was cold when it was served, without any concern as to the fact that this is piss-poor service!!! .
I truly understand why some people become angry enough to yell at cooking staff.
My husband was so upset, he just asked for to go containers and calmly waited for me to finish eating.
When he complained to our waitress, before asking for to go containers, he was told the waffle makers don't always work right.
Well, do you know what that means, get rid of non-working items and buy new!!! I kept telling my husband to not get angry, we just know not to go to Shallowford Rd location ever and I plan to tell everyone I know to never go there.
CUSTOMERS shouldn't have to suffer because a business thinks they have to patronize them.
Think of all the other businesses no longer open, this could be YOU!!!

Night shift was not good at all i’ve been to a lot of waffle houses and this one was not it tonight they were just not kind and didn’t make me the other people feel welcome.
i ordered a carry out order and i was missing an item ,we called ahead of time to try to put in a order and nobody picked up we even called when we were outside the building and they were just standing around didn’t even acknowledge the phone and certain stuff i told them to take off they didn’t take off i will not be going back because this was just ridiculous !
